There have been a few complaints regarding the Streaming Internet Radio toolbar slowing down some systems - this was due to the large number of items contained within the main menu. This slow down is also due to the fetching of information via RSS feeds.

Over the next few days, the main menu and the RSS feeds will be streamlined to enhance performance. In addition, the gadgets on our custom gadget page will be incorporated into the toolbar - you can still choose your own gadgets from the toolbar marketplace.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you, but the changes should allow for a improved performace from your toolbar installation. As always, these changes will be made on the fly and you won't need to reinstall .

The Tweetboard has been removed from the Streaming Internet Radio toolbar website. The board was underused by toolbar users, and caused unneccesary load time upon pages on the site.

Also...
Please be aware that I haven't forgot about the toolbar. I've been very busy due to a major database failure on another website that I own. At the moment, I'm rebuilding the site from the ground upwards. As you would imagine, this is a very time intensive task.

Even though I'm not updating the site blog at the moment, the team working behind the scene are working very hard to bring you new and updated features.

Hopefully the rebuild on my other website won't take too long, and then I can concentrate on the toolbar. Sorry for any inconvenience.
